Making sure everything has arrived at the venue to your exact requirements. Signing for any orders to save you having to do so and also checking everything at the venue is how you would like it and to our standards, ie. tables set correctly; tablecloths steamed
Setting any table decorations, table scapes, ie place cards, favours etc.
If getting married in a different venue, we will again visit to do the above checks
Management of the ceremony and all parties involved – greeting the
registrars/religious officiant/celebrant, conferring with any musicians, making sure the bridal party are ready, in line, and aware of where they are to walk, and which order they are going in. All details will be checked such as buttonholes, bouquets, suits worn correctly, shoelaces tied etc
Collecting you from your room or meeting you at the car prior to the ceremony
Leading any parties down the aisle in a timely fashion, to really make the most out of your big entrance!
Directing guests, answering any questions they have, the general point of call for the venue and suppliers
Making sure everything is running smoothly and on time. Any potential hitches will be dealt with, so you do not need to have any worries.
Most of all, I will be there for you both for anything you need at all to make sure you have the best day.
If there are any turnarounds to be done by the venue (from ceremony to wedding breakfast, then to evening reception in the same room) these will be managed and completed smoothly.
We will stay with you right up until after the cake cutting/first dance to make sure everything runs smoothly (generally around 8-830pm – these hours can be changed to suit your day)
