How long will my balloons last for?
Our air filled displays last between 7 days to 3 months depending on how well they are cared for!
My balloon display has deflated/faulty do I get a refund?
All of our balloons are checked for faults 24 hours prior to collection or delivery, all faults apart from human error would show up within this time and therefore we do not offer refunds for damaged products once the balloon has left our care.
Please be aware we use low heat glue to stick the balloons together on our balloon towers. It is the customers full responsibility to care for the balloons appropriately after they have been given the balloons. Please see our full balloon care further down this page.
How is your business sustainable and environmentally friendly?
We use 100% biodegradable latex CE graded balloons that are licenced for the use within the UK and no single use plastic - all of our foil balloons can be deflated and reused. Our frameworks for our displays are metal and are collected once the event is over.
We only use grade 4 helium which cannot be used for medical purposes therefore does not interfere with science or medicine.
We do not support the release of balloons - living in the countryside we are refuse to sell balloons for release as it effects the wildlife we live around. There are so many more beautiful options we can help with - which are safe and just as beautiful.

-Balloons should not be left unsupervised with children under 3 years old.
-Balloons should not be placed near radiator or any electrical or heat supply.
-Balloons should not be placed near anything sharp that could cause damage.
Please be aware that during summer months, balloons set up outside will oxidize – creating a matte look. Also be aware that the darker the balloon colour, the quicker they will expand causing them to pop, we try to avoid this as much as possible by setting up in a shaded area, under-inflating the balloons to give room for them to expand and spraying them with a spray called “HI SHINE” to slow the process of oxidization.
Balloons do not like sudden changes in temperature!
-Please be aware that in cold weather foil balloons do like to shrink; but they are NOT deflated. Do not leave the balloons in your car for a prolonged period of time, the coldness of the car will shrink the balloon, in minus temperatures we recommend getting your balloon straight in from your car when you get home. Once in your home please allow 15 minutes for the balloon to return to the normal size. It will expand in the warmth of your home, do not put near a radiator.
-Please be aware that in warm weather balloons like to expand and can cause the balloons to pop. In warmer weather we under inflate the balloons to allow for the expansion of the balloons. Please do NOT leave the balloon in your car for a prolonged period of time. Once in your home, keep the balloon between 20-21 degrees. Do not leave near an open window at night, temperatures drop at night and will shrink the balloon.
Please be aware that foil balloons that are played with extensively can affect the average float time.
It is the customers responsibility to dispose of the balloons correctly:
-Foil balloons can be deflated by putting a straw into the valve until you hear it hissing, this will deflate the balloon and then can be reused or disposed of in the general waste bin.
-Latex balloons can be deflated by popping and disposing in the general waste bin, these are biodegradable. They can also be untied, deflated and reused.
